Food is cold lots of times Service hit and miss got sick from eating their last two times would not go back kind of dumpy look they just don't seem to care

Love the new Crispy Chicken even though it is only here until June 11th. Should be on the menu permanently.

I always enjoy my visits to Swiss Chalet especially the one in Tillsonburg. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The food is always good & is ready quickly.
