  I've been to a few Kelsey's in my time and especially the ones in St Catharines Ontario which both are terrible. But as I'm driving through Tillsonburg late at night the only thing I saw open was Kelsey's so I thought what the heck give it a shot. Very thankful that I did because this restored my faith in Kelsey's well at least this one. Had to deep fried pickles as an appetizer which were splendid with a dip that was to die for. Then on to the peppercorn Burger with fresh cut fries and a side of gravy. The burger taste like a burger, real meat, juicy and not at all over cooked with great flavor. And I wondered why the server brought me 5 extra napkins, believe me you'll need them. The fries were fresh and hot crispy on the outside and the gravy was probably the best I've ever tasted in a restaurant, it tasted like beef u jus just thickened up. My server Breanne was outstanding very pleasant always willing to have a conversation she was awesome. Definitely there will be a return visit.

  Service was good. Food was good. Didn't catch our server's name but we sat in the bar area and she made sure we got what we wanted. I had the buffalo chicken Caesar wrap and it was delicious. TVs were a bit loud. Place was very busy and staff appeared to be working very hard. Only one comment I feel I should make is that the manager appeared to be yelling at his employees in the vicinity that we could hear at the side area where waitresses get drinks from. Not nice. Not sure what exactly it was about but it put a bad taste in my mouth and definitely made me feel bad for the poor employees he was yelling at. Might consider coming back...but I don't wanna hear that.

  Been here a couple times. Good food but not worth the price on some items. I would choose carefully on the menu. Staff is inviting but distant after you have been seated. Think about other options before coming here.
